Trading spot currencies involves substantial risk and there is always the potential for loss. Your trading results may vary. Because the risk factor is high in foreign exchange market trading, only genuine “risk” funds should be used in such trading. If you do not have the extra capital that you can afford to lose, you should not trade in the foreign exchange market. One of the limitations of hypothetical performance results is that they are generally prepared with the benefit of hindsight. In addition, hypothetical trading does not involve financial risk. In order to provide exceptional service to our valued members we may need to collect personal data in order to better understand our members. With that being said, we ensure that all personal information will be used to improve the CNFX experience.
NO personal information will be sold, distributed, or shared for ANY reason with ANY agency, corporation, or firm. Personal information will be handled with responsibility in order to ensure the protection of our members.

Disclaimer for Payments and responsibility

I.) CNFX operates in its official capacity through the established mediums of email, website inquiry, and personal communication.

II.) CNFX holds the responsibility to ensure fair and equal access to all services to anyone with a valid membership through us.

III) CNFX reserves the right to deny, withdraw, or suspend any membership on the grounds of refusal of payment, distasteful conduct, or any violations of these terms and conditions.

IV) CNFX is not responsible for the financial results of our members.

V) CNFX is an educational platform that operates as a consulting agency and focuses on guiding traders through the learning phase.

VI) Every member is responsible for ensuring their payment information is accurate. If payment cannot be completed then CNFX holds the right to pause that member’s access until payments resume.

VII) Every member is entitled to all services that correspond with their respective plan. CNFX is responsible for ensuring equal and fair access to all paying members and is responsible for ensuring the timely and orderly remedy of any mistakes that come as a result of negligent management.

VIII) CNFX reserves the right to change prices from time to time. The firm is responsible for ensuring that we notify members of price changes as well as ensuring accurate reporting.

IX) As a courtesy to our members; the first month’s payment for the member is grandfathered in and will become the permanent payment price should the price increase.

X) If prices decrease then the members are eligible to refinance their plan and pay the lower of the two options. The grandfather clause for keeping the payment static is eligible for 2 months. Following two months of inactivity the trader forfeits their grandfathered cost and automatically assumes the current membership cost.

XI) CNFX reserves the right to change, extend, or delay the release of any new product or service in order to ensure the quality of work.

XII) CNFX reserves the right to cancel, adjust, or delay the daily calls if there is a valid reason.

XIII) CNFX reserves the right to delay, change, or reschedule a 1 on 1 session if there are circumstances that permit.

XIV) Any member that illegally shares, downloads, or solicits any copyrighted property from CNFX is subject to legal repercussions in the form of civil and criminal penalties. The intellectual property of CNFX is protected by U.S. IP Law through the NIP and will be upheld by law.

XV) Any attempt to re-solicit information to the public while a member of CNFX is prohibited. Educators must register in their official capacity and will be subject to the terms and conditions of an educator.

Terms and Conditions Regarding CNFX Exclusive Services:

Analysis (A)

I.A) All analysis is conducted by CNFX analysts. The analysis is not financial advice and is meant to represent general market information.

II.A) The solicitation of any CNFX analysis or material is prohibited and protected under the Brand IP protection. This excludes all free/public analysis that is released by CNFX.

III.A) A free analysis is still subject to copyright law. Any solicitation of free analysis will be in violation of these terms.

Live Trading Calls (B)

I.F) CNFX live trading calls are conducted by traders approved by CNFX. All educators performing these calls have a winning record and have proven their ability as traders.

II.F) CNFX waives responsibility for the improper use of the information provided on these calls.

III.F) Solicitation or redistribution of the information on these calls for financial gain is subject to legal consequences. The member responsible will have their account suspended and permanently revoked depending on the severity of the violation.

Violation and Consequences

Violation of these terms and conditions will result in the suspension of that member’s subscription with CNFX. Legal consequences will be levied if the violation warrants a severe response. Civil and legal intellectual property suits will be filed through an independent legal office against anyone who solicits CNFX content from non-members.
We value our members and respect their commitment to pay for our service. Anyone seeking to undermine our members by soliciting CNFX content will be punished with the full severity of our legal capacity.

Cancellation/Refund policy

If a member is not provided adequate service they are entitled to cancel their membership at their discretion. Your membership will be suspended or canceled promptly after notification to our core team.
If cancellation is due to an error on the part of CNFX then-current membership fees will be promptly refunded to that member.
If cancellation is a result of the member losing interest or disingenuous concerns then CNFX retains the right to keep all membership fees.
If an error is made regarding payments, access, or information, and is remedied promptly, then CNFX waives responsibility for liability.
If a CNFX member has been treated unfairly or unequally to other members, then they retain the right to file a complaint. If the complaint is not remedied properly then the member can claim a refund and cancellation of their membership.
CNFX retains the right to cancel a member’s access for any willful violation of our terms and conditions. We retain the right to keep all fees and membership dues as a result of willful violations.
